Day 01:  Arrival In Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, the representative from India Tours Services. will receive you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to the hoteland after Lunch and Darbarsquer sightseeing and evening join culture dinner.

Day 02:  From Kathmandu to Pokhara vie flight

Today, After breakfast we will do Bhuddha sightseeing and direct to airport to catch plane. From plane you see varies landscape. When you reach at Pokhara, and you will visit Devil's fall, Tibentan refugee camp , Barahi Temple and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03:   Exploring In Pokhara

Early in the morning, we drive to Sarangkot for having awesome sunrise view. Then, we have breakfast in Hotel. we will have a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Pokhara city. Pokhara, being one of the most beautiful tourist destinations, offers a lot of natural wonders. You can witness beautiful snowcapped mountains including Mount Annapurna, and Machhapuchchhre being reflected in the beautiful Fewa Lake.

Day 04:   Drive or Flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu

We drive back to Kathmandu today. And in the remaining time, you can take your time for last-minute shopping in Kathmandu or you can also explore the more parts of Kathmandu valley. We stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 05:  Departure To Kathmandu Airport - Flight Paro (Bhutan)

Today, you will depart to your own destination. So, we transfer you to the airport from where you catch the returning flight to your hometown. If we have time we can do Sightseeing some part of Kathmandu before your departure to Paro (Bhutan).

Fly into the Himalayas with Bhutan Airline,
Bhutan's National air carrier, Bhutan, a Buddhist kingdom on the Himalayas' eastern edge, is known for its monasteries, fortresses (or dzongs) and dramatic landscapes that range from subtropical plains to steep mountains and valleys with around 700,000 population and about 70% of the land is surrounded by forest cover.
As the aircraft enters the Paro valley, you will see the ParoDzong over - looking ParoChhu (river) with Ta Dzong above.
After completion of airport formalities, drive to Thimphu, capital city of the Bhutan.

Day 06:   Thimphu

Thimphu, perhaps the most unusual capital city in the world, is a bustling town on the banks of the Wangchu River and it is the most populated district in the country with around 100,000 plus people. All the head office of the different administrative offices were located here.

Sightseeing
  • Visit Takin Zoo (National animal of Bhutan)
  • Visit National Memorial Chorten (Stupa) built in 1974 in the memory of third king JigmeDorjiWangchuk.
  • In the evening visit Tashichhodzong (Fortress) built in 16th century and also called as summer residence of the chief abbot (Je Khenpo) who looks after the religious matters in the country.

Day 07:   Thimphu

The second day of your visit in Bhutan, you will be still staying in Thimphu for some more places to visit.

Sightseeing
  • Visit Bhutan post office, we have some beautiful stamps and also one can have your own picture on the stamp .
  • Visit Farmers centenary market (Super market)
  • Visit Bhutans traditional paper factory
  • Visit SimtokhaDzong (fortress) the first fortress built in the country.
  • Visit Kuenselphodrang , where you will see a huge statue of Buddha on the top of Thimphu valley.
Overnight: Thimphu

Day 08:   Punakha

Punakha is the winter residence of our chief abbotlama (Je khenpo) who looks after the religious matter in the country and also it was the capital city of Bhutan long time back. The fortress was one among many located right in the middle of two river (male and female) built to protect the country in the ancient times. UgyenWangchuk became the first king in this fortress in 1907.

Sightseeing
  • Morning drive to Punakha, STOP at Dochu La pass (3050 mtrs) above sea level and if the weather is clear, we can view the entire range of Bhutanese Himalayas (left to right): Masagang (7,158m), Tsendagang (6,960m), Terigang (7,060m ), Jejegangphugang (7,158 m ), Kangphugang (7,170 m ), Zongphugang (7, 060 m ), a table mountain that dominates the isolated region of Lunana finally Gangkarpuensum, the highest peak in Bhutan at 7,554m.
  • Hike for around 25 minutes through the beautiful village and visit Chimilakhang (temple) built in 1499, a sacred place dedicated to the lama DrukpaKinley "Devine Mad Man".

Day 09:   Punakha

Punakah among all districts was also the capital city of Bhutan long time back and it was in 1907 that the first king of Bhutan was crowned in Punakha Fortress. Today the fortress is used for district administrative work and for the monks too.
You will be visiting the beautiful Fortress built right in the middle of two rivers Pho-Chu (male river) and Mo-Chu (female river).

Sightseeing
  • Visit Punakhafortress , the Second fortress built by ZhabdrungNgawangNamgyel in 1637.
  • You may also visit the Nunnery Institute with more than eighty nuns studying.
  • If time permits you may visit the long suspension bridge at Punakha that connects the villager people to easily come and reach the fortress.

Day 10:   Paro

Paro is a town and seat of Paro District in the Paro Valley of Bhutan. It is home to Paro Airport but we also have other three domestic airports in other district.
Paro valley extends from the confluence of the ParoChhu and the Wang Chhu rivers at Chuzomupto Mt. Jomolhari at the Tibetan border to the North. This picturesque region is one of the widest valleys in the kingdom and is covered in fertile rice fields and has a beautiful, crystalline river meandering down the valley.

Sightseeing
  • Visit Paro National Museum so that you will get more familiarize with Bhutanese culture and tradition
  • Visit ParoRinpongdzong "Fortress of the Heap of Jewels "is symbolic as the religious and secular centre of all affairs in the valley.
  • In the evening everyone will be attaining the Bhutanese's cultural show at the hotel.

Day 11:   Paro

Today you may visit some few places again as you have three nights already in Paro, you may also take a walk near by the river (Pa-Chu) in case if you wish to.

Sightseeing
  • Visit DungtseLhakhang (tempe) which dates back to 15th century
  • Visit KichuLhakhang which dates back to 8th century during the times of second Buddha Guru Rinpochoe.
  • If time permits take a drive to see the view of ruined DrukgyelDzong (fortress) and it is now renovating according to the present kings order.
  • You may go around Paro town and spent some time there.

Day 12:   Paro

TaktsangLhakhang is Bhutan's most iconic landmark and religious site. The name Taktsang translates to "The Tiger's Nest". This temple is one of the most holy sites in the kingdom and clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face 900 hundred meters above the Paro Valley

TaktsangLhakhang is located approximately 10 km north of Paro town at an altitude of 3.120 meters. In order to arrive at the temple visitors must trek for around 2-3 hours through beautiful, shady pine forests. No trip to Bhutan would be complete without a visit to this remarkable heritage site.

Sightseeing
  • It was first built in 1692 at a cave where Guru Rimpoche meditated in the 7th century A.D. Legend states that Guru Rimpoche flew to the site atop the back of a tigress and meditated in the cave for 3 years, 3 months, 3 days and 3 hours in order to subdue evil demons residing within it. The cave has been considered a sacred site ever since and many famous saints have travelled to meditate in it.
